Oral Presentation Guidelines
- Presentation duration: 15 minutes in total
- 12–13 minutes for the presentation
- 2–3 minutes for questions and discussion
- Please submit your presentation slides to the Congress Organization Secretariat no later than 20 September 2026. ( kongre@claros.com.tr )
- We recommend preparing 10–12 slides, including the title slide.
- Please use a minimum font size of 24–30 pt to ensure readability.
- A PowerPoint presentation template is available. Authors are highly recommended to use this template when preparing their presentation. To download the template, please click botton below.
Short Oral Presentation Guidelines
- Presentation duration: 5 minutes in total
- o 3–4 minutes for the presentation
- o 1–2 minutes for transition and preparation for the next presentation.
- o Please submit your digital presentation to the Congress Organization Secretariat no later than 20 September 2026. ( kongre@claros.com.tr )
- To ensure the programme runs on schedule, questions from the audience will be directed to the poster session, where participants will have the opportunity to discuss your work alongside their digital e-poster.
Digital e-Poster Guidelines
- E-posters must be prepared in portrait orientation with a resolution of 1080 × 1920 pixels and submitted in PDF format.
- We recommend preparing your e-poster in Microsoft PowerPoint using a vertical (portrait) slide layout.
- Please ensure that all text and figures are clearly legible when displayed on a digital screen.
- Submit your e-poster to the Congress Organization Secretariat no later than 20 September 2026. ( kongre@claros.com.tr )
- E-posters will be displayed on digital screens in the conference foyer throughout the conference and will remain accessible to all participants.
