Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be sent to kongre@claros.com.tr
- For cancellation requests received on or before 31 July 2026, 50% of the remaining payment will be refunded after the Congress, after deducting transfer/bank fees. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after this date.
Accommodation
The below rates are per room, per night, on a Bed & Breakfast basis.

- For participants wishing to pay in Turkish Lira (TL), accommodation charges will be calculated based on the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT/TCMB) effective foreign currency selling rate on the day of payment.
