CONGRESS VENUE AND DATE
The Global Maritime Conference / GMC’26 Congress will be held on 28–29 September 2026 at Dokuz Eylul University Rectorate Continuing Education Center, Alsancak – İzmir, Türkiye.
REGISTRATION DESK
The registration desk will be open on 28–29 September 2026 between 08:00 and 18:00.
NAME BADGE
All participants are required to wear their name badges at the entrance of the venue, during scientific sessions, in the exhibition area, in the poster area, and throughout the social programs to ensure the smooth operation and security of the meeting.
INVITATION LETTER
An invitation letter will be sent upon request to participants who have completed their registration in order to facilitate their attendance at the congress. This letter is prepared solely to assist participants in obtaining permission from their affiliated institutions and does not provide any financial support.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Certificates of attendance will be sent electronically on 30 September 2026 to the email addresses declared during registration to all registered participants.
EXHIBITION AREA
Throughout the congress, participating companies will have the opportunity to exhibit their products in the designated exhibition area at the venue. The exhibition area will be open to participants during the congress.

PAYMENTS
All stand and sponsorship payments must be completed by 25 September 2026. In the event that payment is not received by the specified date, the relevant stand setup and/or sponsorship applications will not be permitted.
